We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to furniture items.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in the box.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
